1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing https://syzlab.dev (the “Site”) or using any of our services (including the OmniChannel‑CMS product, quote requests, newsletters, or contact forms), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.

2. About SyzLab

SyzLab IT Solutions is a registered company in Sri Lanka (Registration No. XXXXX). References to “we”, “us”, “our” mean SyzLab IT Solutions.

3. Services Provided

We offer information technology solutions (web development, cloud, custom software), the OmniChannel‑CMS product, consulting, quote requests, and support.

4. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use of the Site.

Prohibited activities include:

  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
  • Uploading malicious code or viruses.
  • Using automated scripts to scrape content.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images, software) is owned by or licensed to SyzLab and is protected by Sri Lankan copyright laws and international treaties.

SyzLab, the SyzLab logo, and “OmniChannel‑CMS” are our trademarks (registered or pending). You may not use them without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any content you submit through our contact forms or CMS. You grant us a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use, store, and process that content solely to provide the services.

6. User Accounts

If you create an account for our CMS or dashboard:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Quote Requests and Contracts

Submitting a quote request does not create a binding contract. We will respond with a formal proposal. Any final agreement will be governed by separate terms signed by both parties.

8. Third‑Party Links

Our Site may contain links to third‑party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by Sri Lankan law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non‑infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SyzLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the preceding 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SyzLab from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or infringement of any third‑party rights.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka.

13. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The revised version will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or services without notice if you breach these Terms.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SyzLab regarding your use of the Site.
